Why

The answer to that is really very simple. I've been involved in the miniature field for 5 decades, and I found there is always a need for things that are not produced by diecast companies, or parts to enhance those products. I like realism. I like detail. I like helping people get what they want in order to recreate a particular piece that's of interest to them. 

My name is Steve Nasburg, but many know me as  'The Model Mechanic', a nickname I earned from a friend of my son, who needed his toy truck fixed. I've been building models for 56 years....the last thirty primarily in trucks and heavy equipment. I also am a columnist for Toy Trucker and Contractor Magazine.

I sell my designs a few different ways, both here and on Facebook.

I also sell the digital files direct. I sell products with high detail resin printing. That has the quality I expect in order to show all the detail and requires less prep than most processes. These pages show some of the things I offer.
